Jaxon Gemberling

Meet Jaxon! He was diagnosed with VACTERL, which stands for vertebral defects, anal atresia, cardiac defects, tracheo-esophogeal fistula, renal anomalies, and limb abnormalities. Since he was born, the St. John’s Staff worked tirelessly to determine what was affecting Jaxon as all genetic tests came back inconclusive. Because of the dedicated staff, Jaxon was able to survive 10 surgeries and continues to grow and prosper. Now at the age of 3, Jaxon’s parents say, “He is thriving and continues to move mountains!”
